Abstract presenting authors will be eligible for the early registration rate even after standard and on-site registration rates apply.

Abstract Eligibility

Work submitted for presentation should not have been reported previously in an archival scientific publication, either as an article or as an abstract, at the time of submission.
Data that has been, or will be, presented at any other meeting before being presented at the MRDCON 2024 will not be accepted for presentation.

To ensure a well-structured and organized abstract, please include the following sub-headings in your submission:

  • Conclusions
For case report
  • Background
  • Case presentation
  • Diagnosis
  • Treatment
  • Follow-up
  • Conclusion

You are allowed to include one table or graph with your abstract. Upload the file in word or PDF format on the online submission page. Please make sure the file size is under 1 MB You can save your abstract as a draft if you need to rework on it. Once your abstract is submitted, NO REVISIONS or EDITING will be allowed.

When submitting an abstract for review, make sure you click the submit button one time only. If you do not click the submit button, your abstract will be saved in the “drafts” section of the submission site. “Draft submissions” will not be considered for review.

Notification regarding acceptance of the submission along with the guidelines for presentation will be sent to the author via the email provided while submitting the abstract.
